Visbly provides AI search visibility intelligence, including AI Visibility Audits, monitoring, and analytics. Our platform analyzes how AI systems reference and recommend businesses.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees are charged as described on our pricing page.
  • All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our platform
  • Resell or redistribute our reports without authorization
  • Interfere with the service's operation or security

6. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, and analysis generated by Visbly remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use reports for your internal business purposes.

Your use of Visbly is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We handle your data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Visbly is provided "as is." AI visibility scores and analysis are observational and informational. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or AI ranking improvements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visbly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your portal settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Visbly operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
